We love taking the time to consult and quote on services before any appointment begins. This ensures clarity, confidence, and satisfaction from start to finish.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the final result does not align with what was agreed during the consultation, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it.

Sundays & Public Holidays

Due to staff penalty rates:

• A 10% surcharge applies to all services on Sundays

• Discounts are not accepted on Sundays or Public Holidays
